Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including road maintenance, street cleaning, and park upkeep
- Operate light machinery (sweepers, mowers, snow removal equipment) safely and efficiently
- Assist in construction projects, material handling, and debris removal
- Conduct routine inspections of public facilities and report maintenance needs
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on infrastructure improvement projects
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid Missouri Driver's License with clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Basic equipment operation experience preferred
- Strong commitment to workplace safety
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Must pass pre-employment physical and background check
