Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor including excavation, grading, and paving operations
- Operate light machinery (e.g., jackhammers, compactors) safely and efficiently
- Assist in repairing roads, sidewalks, and storm drainage systems
- Conduct routine maintenance on public facilities and equipment
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and environmental regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on infrastructure projects
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and work in all weather conditions
- Basic mechanical aptitude and equipment operation skills
- Pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
- Must be a U.S. citizen or authorized to work
- Willingness to obtain CDL within 6 months of hire
