Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor for infrastructure maintenance including road repairs, drainage systems, and park upkeep
- Operate light machinery and equipment safely (e.g., jackhammers, power tools)
- Assist in emergency response during severe weather events
- Follow safety protocols and maintain clean work sites
- Support skilled tradespersons with material handling and site preparation
- Document work progress and maintain equipment logs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Arizona driver's license
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in outdoor conditions
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and materials
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays as needed
