Responsibilities
- Perform grounds maintenance, debris removal, and minor repairs across city properties
- Operate light machinery (sweepers, mowers, hand tools) with proper safety protocols
- Assist in seasonal projects like snow removal, landscaping, and facility upkeep
- Conduct daily site inspections and report maintenance needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient project execution
- Adhere to all OSHA guidelines and environmental regulations
Qualifications
- Valid Ohio Driver's License with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Basic mechanical aptitude and tool operation knowledge
