Responsibilities
- Execute heavy equipment operation (excavators, bulldozers, loaders)
- Perform asphalt/concrete paving and maintenance
- Conduct storm drain and sewer system repairs
- Manage traffic control and safety protocols
- Operate power tools and construction machinery
- Collaborate with engineering teams on project specifications
- Document daily progress and material usage
Qualifications
- 2+ years construction/public works experience
- Valid Class B CDL license (or ability to obtain)
- OSHA 10/30 certification required
- Heavy equipment operation certification
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs and work in extreme weather
- Pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Kansas residency required
