Responsibilities
- Perform heavy equipment operation (excavators, loaders, graders) for infrastructure projects
- Execute road maintenance, drainage system repairs, and utility installations
- Adhere to strict OSHA safety protocols and environmental standards
- Collaborate with engineering teams on project specifications and timelines
- Conduct routine inspections of public works sites and equipment
- Maintain accurate work logs and project documentation

Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of heavy equipment operation experience
- Valid California Class A or B driver's license
- OSHA 30-hour construction certification required
