Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including digging, lifting, and operating hand/power tools
- Assist in road maintenance, drainage system repairs, and landscaping projects
- Safely operate light machinery (e.g., jackhammers, pressure washers)
- Maintain clean and organized job sites following OSHA standards
- Collaborate with crew supervisors to meet project deadlines
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards immediately
Qualifications
- Valid California Driver's License required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- High school diploma or equivalent
