Responsibilities
- Operate heavy machinery and construction equipment safely and efficiently.
- Perform excavation, grading, and trenching for utility projects.
- Maintain public roads, sidewalks, and drainage systems.
- Assist in traffic control, flagging, and site cleanup.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment from delivery trucks.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
- Physically capable of performing heavy manual labor in various weather conditions.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety protocols is a plus.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or authorized to work in the U.S.
