Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain heavy construction equipment such as dozers, rollers, and graders.
- Perform manual labor tasks including digging, loading, and unloading materials.
- Assist in the maintenance of roads, bridges, sidewalks, and storm drains.
- Ensure all work areas adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA standards.
- Clear debris and maintain cleanliness of construction sites.
- Communicate effectively with foremen and other crew members.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift at least 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic understanding of construction safety procedures.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Experience with heavy machinery is a plus but not required (training provided).
