Responsibilities
- Perform street maintenance including pothole repairs, drainage cleaning, and signage installation
- Operate light machinery (sweepers, dump trucks, jackhammers) safely and efficiently
- Assist in park maintenance, landscaping, and public facility upkeep
- Respond to emergency weather events (snow removal, storm damage cleanup)
- Conduct routine inspections of public infrastructure and report hazards
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean job sites
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment
- Pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
- Preferred: 1+ years construction or maintenance experience
