Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including road maintenance, park upkeep, and facility repairs
- Operate hand tools, power equipment, and machinery under proper supervision
- Assist in seasonal projects like snow removal, landscaping, and drainage systems
- Maintain clean and safe work zones following OSHA and city guidelines
- Participate in infrastructure inspections and basic repair operations
- Support emergency response teams during weather-related events
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – entry-level candidates encouraged to apply
- Valid driver's license (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
