Responsibilities
- Operate hand/power tools for construction/maintenance projects
- Load/unload materials and equipment safely
- Perform groundskeeping and debris removal duties
- Assphalt/concrete repair and sidewalk maintenance
- Follow OSHA safety protocols at all times
- Collaborate with crew members on daily tasks
- Document work progress and report issues
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly
- Basic tool operation knowledge
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather
- Reliable transportation to job sites
