Responsibilities
- Assist in construction and maintenance of public infrastructure (roads, sidewalks, parks)

- Follow safety protocols and maintain clean work environments
- Support traffic control measures during public works projects
- Collaborate with team members to complete daily project goals
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety concerns to supervisors
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we train all new hires
- Physical ability to perform manual labor (lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for extended periods)
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record preferred
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Basic math skills for material measurement and inventory
