Responsibilities
- Assist in the construction, maintenance, and repair of public infrastructure projects.
- Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment safely.
- Operate light to medium duty machinery and hand tools under supervision.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site, including debris removal and site preparation.
- Perform basic measurements and data recording as directed by supervisors.
- Follow all safety regulations and site protocols to ensure a hazard-free environment.
- Assist in traffic control and flagging duties when necessary.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- No prior construction or labor experience is required; we train!
- Ability to perform heavy physical labor in various weather conditions.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime.
- Basic ability to read and follow written instructions.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and team collaboration.
