Responsibilities
- Operate heavy machinery (backhoes, graders, dump trucks)

- Maintain accurate equipment inspection logs
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards
- Participate in emergency response drills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license (CDL preferred)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather
- Basic math/measurement skills
- No felony convictions (background check required)
- Reliable transportation to worksites
