Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including excavation, grading, and material handling
- Operate light equipment (e.g., jackhammers, saws) under supervision

- Adhere to all safety regulations and wear required PPE
- Participate in paid training sessions covering equipment operation
- Support senior crew members on municipal infrastructure projects
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Valid Texas Driver's License with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
- No prior experience required – training provided
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
