Responsibilities
- Perform general labor duties on public works sites, including loading, unloading, and transporting materials.
- Assist in the maintenance and cleaning of streets, parks, and public facilities.
- Operate light construction equipment and tools under supervision.
- Follow all safety regulations and company protocols to ensure a secure work environment.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and other tradespeople.
- Prepare job sites for construction activities by clearing debris and setting up barriers.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical labor in various weather conditions for extended periods.
- Valid driver’s license is required.
- Willingness to learn and complete paid training programs.
- Basic math skills and ability to read basic blueprints or instructions.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
