Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain heavy machinery (excavators, graders, loaders) under supervision

- Document work progress and maintain equipment logs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on public projects

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Valid Tennessee driver's license (Class B preferred)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
