Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain heavy machinery and light equipment (pavers, rollers, loaders).
- Perform manual labor tasks including digging, paving, patching, and loading materials.
- Control traffic flow using flagging and signage during construction projects.
- Assist in snow and ice removal operations during winter months.
- Maintain a clean and safe job site, adhering to all OSHA safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Valid North Carolina Driver’s License is required.
- Ability to pass a post-offer physical examination.
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and safety procedures.
- Must be able to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and work in various weather conditions.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
