Responsibilities
- Perform physical maintenance of roads, sidewalks, parks, and public facilities
- Operate light machinery and hand tools for construction/repair projects
- Assist in stormwater management and drainage system upkeep
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on infrastructure initiatives
- Complete digital reporting and documentation remotely via secure portal
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and environmental regulations
- Participate in emergency response during weather events
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Ohio driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in all weather conditions
- Basic equipment operation experience (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail for remote documentation tasks
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain
- Pass pre-employment physical and background check
