Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including excavation, paving, and facility maintenance
- Operate light machinery (sweepers, loaders, forklifts) with proper certifications
- Conduct routine inspections of public infrastructure (roads, sidewalks, parks)
- Complete digital work orders and documentation remotely via mobile apps
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for project coordination
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and environmental regulations
- Participate in emergency response during severe weather events
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid Colorado Driver's License with clean record
- OSHA 10-Hour Construction Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in extreme weather conditions
- Basic proficiency with digital tools (mobile apps, cloud platforms)
- Minimum 1 year construction or public works experience preferred
- Pass pre-employment physical and background check
