Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor in public infrastructure maintenance including road repairs, park upkeep, and facility maintenance
- Operate light machinery and equipment safely (e.g., jackhammers, shovels, power tools)
- Assist in emergency response activities during weather events or public safety incidents
- Collaborate with remote team members using digital platforms for project coordination and reporting
- Conduct routine inspections of public assets and document findings via mobile applications

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent with 1+ years of construction/maintenance experience
- Valid Wisconsin Driver's License with clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions
- Basic proficiency with digital tools for remote reporting (e.g., mobile apps, email)
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
