Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor for infrastructure maintenance (roads, drainage, parks)
- Operate light equipment (compactors, saws, trucks) with proper training
- Execute safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance standards
- Assist in emergency response during severe weather events
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on city improvement projects
- Document daily activities and material usage accurately
- Maintain equipment and work area cleanliness
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Arizona Class C driver's license (must maintain throughout employment)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor in extreme conditions
- Pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
- Basic knowledge of construction safety standards
- Experience with hand/power tools preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights/weekends for emergencies
- Clean background check required
