Responsibilities
- Perform heavy manual labor, including loading, unloading, and distributing construction materials.
- Operate and maintain light to medium construction equipment such as rollers, tampers, and skid steers.
- Assist in road repair, curb and gutter installation, and storm drain maintenance.
- Ensure strict adherence to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations on site.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints, plans, and specifications.
- Perform daily site clean-up and equipment maintenance.
Qualifications
- Valid California Class C Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs frequently and work in various weather conditions.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous experience in construction, landscaping, or public works is a strong plus.
- Willingness to undergo a drug screen and background check.
