Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor including excavation, debris removal, and material handling
- Operate heavy equipment (backhoes, dump trucks) with proper certifications
- Assist in road repair, street sweeping, and storm drain maintenance
- Conduct site inspections and report infrastructure hazards
- Collaborate with engineering teams on public improvement projects
- Maintain equipment and adhere to OSHA safety standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Missouri driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather
- Basic mechanical aptitude and equipment maintenance skills
- OSHA 10-hour construction certification preferred
- Ability to pass background check and physical fitness assessment
