Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including excavation, digging, and lifting heavy materials.
- Operate and maintain heavy equipment such as dump trucks, rollers, and loaders.
- Assist in the repair and maintenance of roads, streets, and sidewalks.
- Clear snow, ice, and debris from public roads and parking lots during adverse weather conditions.
- Ensure all work areas comply with strict safety standards and OSHA regulations.
- Collect and dispose of trash and debris from public parks and right-of-ways.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to coordinate project tasks.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Valid Oklahoma Class C Driver's License is mandatory; a Class A or B CDL is preferred.
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Physical stamina to work outdoors in all weather conditions, including extreme heat and cold.
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools is a plus.
- Willingness to work overtime and weekends as required for project deadlines.
