Responsibilities
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, bulldozers, forklifts) under supervision
- Perform manual labor including excavation, paving, and debris removal
- Follow strict safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Assist skilled tradesmen in construction and maintenance tasks
- Inspect and maintain job site equipment
- Complete daily progress reports and documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on large-scale projects
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license (Class B preferred)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Must be able to stand/walk 8+ hours daily
- US citizenship or legal work authorization required
