Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including excavation, debris removal, and material handling
- Operate light machinery (e.g., jackhammers, saws) under supervision
- Maintain safe work zones with proper signage and barricades
- Assist in road repair, sidewalk construction, and park maintenance
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance
- Follow all OSHA safety protocols and environmental regulations
- Document work progress and material usage
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and perform physical labor in all weather conditions
- Valid driver's license with clean record (required)
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
- Basic math skills for measuring materials and inventory
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently
- Previous construction/labor experience a plus but not required
