Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including digging, lifting, and moving materials using hand/power tools
- Assist in road maintenance, sidewalk repairs, and park facility upkeep
- Operate light machinery (saws, drills, sweepers) under supervision
- Ensure job sites are clean, safe, and compliant with OSHA standards
- Collaborate with crew members to complete daily project goals efficiently
- Report maintenance issues and safety hazards to supervisors
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Availability to work Monday-Friday (6:00 AM - 2:30 PM) with occasional weekends
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Basic math skills for material measurements and inventory
- Commitment to punctuality and teamwork in outdoor environments
