Responsibilities
- Perform general labor duties including excavation, grading, and debris removal.
- Operate light to medium construction equipment such as skid steers, rollers, and forklifts.
- Assist in traffic control and flagging operations to ensure job site safety.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site in strict compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Load and unload construction materials and tools efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with crew leaders and project managers to ensure project goals are met.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License (Class C) required.
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
- Previous experience in construction, landscaping, or public works is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong commitment to safety and teamwork.
