Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor in road construction, park maintenance, and facility repairs
- Operate light machinery (saws, drills, compactors) with proper safety protocols
- Assist in stormwater management and drainage system upkeep
- Conduct routine inspections of public infrastructure and document findings
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for project coordination
- Maintain clean and organized job sites following OSHA standards
- Complete digital reports and administrative tasks remotely as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training preferred
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- OSHA 10-hour construction certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- Experience with basic hand/power tools and landscaping equipment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to pass background check and pre-employment physical
- Basic computer literacy for remote reporting tasks
