Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor for infrastructure maintenance including road repairs, park upkeep, and facility maintenance
- Operate heavy machinery and equipment safely (training provided)
- Assist in emergency response during severe weather events
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on municipal projects
- Document work activities and maintain equipment logs
- Support recycling and waste management initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Colorado driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- Basic mechanical aptitude and equipment operation skills
- Pass pre-employment physical and background check
- Preferred: 1+ years of construction or maintenance experience
- Preferred: CDL Class B certification (training available)
