Responsibilities
- Perform road maintenance and repair operations
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, graders, dump trucks)
- Assist in park and facility construction projects
- Ensure compliance with OSHA safety protocols
- Manage waste collection and recycling initiatives

Qualifications
- Valid North Carolina driver's license
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds consistently
- OSHA 10-hour construction certification preferred
- Experience with hand/power tools and equipment
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
