Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor for infrastructure construction and maintenance projects
- Operate hand/power tools and light machinery under supervision
- Load/unload materials and maintain clean job sites
- Assist with road repairs, drainage systems, and park maintenance
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and wear required PPE
- Collaborate with crew leads and fellow team members efficiently
- Complete daily equipment inspections and maintenance reports
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid Florida driver's license
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor
- Basic knowledge of construction safety standards
