Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor for infrastructure projects (roads, drainage, utilities)
- Operate light equipment (saws, jackhammers, compactors)
- Load/unload materials and maintain clean job sites
- Follow safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, masons, pipefitters)
- Complete daily equipment maintenance checks
- Document work progress and material usage
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid Texas Driver's License
- Basic tool operation experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Pass pre-employment drug screening
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Ability to pass background check
