Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor including excavation, grading, and paving operations
- Operate heavy machinery (bobcats, dump trucks) with proper safety protocols
- Assist in road maintenance, drainage system repairs, and park facility upkeep
- Follow OSHA guidelines and maintain clean, organized job sites
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on infrastructure projects
- Report maintenance issues and safety hazards to supervisors
- Participate in emergency weather response operations as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and work in all weather conditions
- Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to operate equipment
- Strong work ethic and punctuality with reliable transportation
- Pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
