Responsibilities
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, bulldozers) under supervision
- Perform manual labor: digging, grading, paving, and debris removal
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and site regulations
- Assist skilled tradesmen with material handling and site preparation
- Maintain project cleanliness and proper waste disposal
- Complete daily equipment inspections and maintenance checks
- Document work progress and material usage
Qualifications
- Valid Texas Driver's License
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Basic machinery operation experience
- Pass background check and drug screening
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work in extreme weather conditions
- Must be available for weekend/evening shifts
