Responsibilities
- Operate hand/power tools for excavation, grading, and paving
- Perform road maintenance and repair work
- Assist in storm drain and sewer system maintenance
- Load/unload construction materials safely
- Follow OSHA safety protocols at all times
- Complete daily equipment inspection reports
- Participate in emergency response during weather events
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license (Class D minimum)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Willingness to work in all weather conditions
- No prior experience required (training provided)
- Pass pre-employment background check
- Must be 18+ years old
- Basic math skills for measurements
