Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor including excavation, material handling, and equipment operation

- Operate machinery such as dump trucks, loaders, and compactors safely

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Kentucky driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and safety procedures
- Willingness to obtain CDL and equipment certifications
- Pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
- 1+ years of construction or public works experience preferred
