Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks such as digging, lifting, and hauling heavy materials.
- Operate heavy construction equipment including backhoes, skid steers, and dump trucks.
- Maintain job sites by clearing debris, removing trash, and ensuring cleanliness.
- Assist with traffic control and flagging operations to ensure road safety.
- Load and unload materials from delivery trucks and storage areas.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols strictly.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions (heat, rain, etc.).
- Valid Driver’s License (Class C) with a clean driving record.
- Basic math skills and the ability to read and understand safety signs.
- Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
