Responsibilities
- Perform heavy manual labor including excavation, grading, and material handling
- Operate light equipment (saws, jackhammers, power tools) under supervision
- Assist in road maintenance, sidewalk repairs, and facility upkeep
- Follow strict safety protocols and maintain clean job sites
- Participate in stormwater pollution prevention activities
- Complete training modules and skill assessments

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid California Driver's License (Class C)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor in all weather conditions

- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
