Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor for infrastructure projects including road maintenance, park upkeep, and utility repairs
- Operate hand/power tools and light machinery under supervision
- Adhere to strict safety standards and OSHA regulations
- Assist in traffic control and site preparation activities
- Document work progress and report maintenance issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on public works initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid Colorado driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in all weather conditions
- Willingness to complete paid certification program
- Basic math and communication skills
