Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including excavation, debris removal, and material handling
- Operate light machinery (bobcats, dump trucks) under supervision during training
- Assist in road maintenance, park upkeep, and facility repairs
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and proper equipment usage protocols
- Document work activities and maintain clean job sites
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on municipal projects
- Participate in emergency response operations as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform strenuous physical activity
- Valid Washington State driver's license (Class A/B preferred)
- Pass background check and pre-employment physical
- Willingness to work in all weather conditions
- No prior experience required – training provided
