Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end public works projects including roads, bridges, and utilities
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets with precision
- Coordinate with engineering teams, contractors, and regulatory agencies
- Ensure compliance with federal/state regulations and city policies
- Monitor project progress and implement risk mitigation strategies

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- 5+ years of public works project management experience
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in Minnesota
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale infrastructure projects
- Strong knowledge of OSHA, ADA, and MNDOT regulations
- Expertise in project management software (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD)
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Valid Minnesota driver's license
