Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain heavy equipment (excavators, graders, dump trucks)
- Perform street maintenance and repair work
- Conduct stormwater system inspections
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and city safety protocols
- Document work activities and maintain equipment logs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on infrastructure projects
- Respond to emergency weather-related incidents
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid Colorado Class B CDL license
- 2+ years of equipment operation experience
- OSHA 10-hour construction certification
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in all weather conditions
- Basic mechanical knowledge of heavy equipment
- Pass pre-employment physical and background check
