Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain municipal equipment (trucks, graders, sweepers)
- Perform street repairs, drainage maintenance, and vegetation control
- Conduct infrastructure inspections and document findings
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and environmental regulations
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams on city projects
- Respond to emergency weather-related incidents
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid Arizona Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 2 years of equipment operation or maintenance experience
- Certification in traffic control or flagging (preferred)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in extreme weather conditions
- Basic computer skills for reporting systems
- Pass pre-employment physical and background check
