Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum machine learning algorithms for real-world problem solving
- Collaborate with quantum hardware teams to optimize algorithm performance on superconducting qubits

- Develop patentable methodologies for error mitigation in quantum computations
- Author peer-reviewed publications and present findings at top-tier conferences
- Mentor junior researchers and foster cross-functional innovation
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Machine Learning, or related field with 3+ years industry experience
- Proficiency in quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, or PennyLane)
- Publication record in quantum computing or AI at venues like Nature Quantum or NeurIPS
- Expertise in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and high-performance computing environments
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Experience with cloud quantum platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket)
- Demonstrated ability to translate theoretical concepts into experimental prototypes
