Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable web applications using .NET Core and modern front-end frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, QA engineers, and business analysts, to define project requirements and deliverables.
- Conduct code reviews, perform system architecture analysis, and mentor junior developers to ensure code quality and adherence to industry standards.
- Identify and resolve complex technical issues, optimizing application performance and ensuring high availability of critical state services.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and best practices to recommend innovative solutions for government systems.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional software development experience, with a focus on C#, .NET, and SQL Server.
- Strong proficiency in front-end technologies such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure or AWS) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven ability to work in an Agile environment and adhere to SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a valid North Carolina driver's license (if applicable to travel requirements).
