Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum circuit architectures for commercial applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in quantum algorithm optimization
- Develop error-correction frameworks for fault-tolerant quantum systems
- Collaborate with hardware teams on qubit integration protocols
- Translate client requirements into quantum solution blueprints
- Stay current with emerging quantum standards (IEEE P3200, QIR)
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in quantum computing or quantum information theory
- Proficiency with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, PennyLane)
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Expertise in quantum error mitigation techniques
- Strong background in distributed systems and high-performance computing
