Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum algorithms and circuit architectures for enterprise applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum-classical hybrid computing frameworks
- Optimize quantum error correction protocols for fault-tolerant systems
- Research and integrate emerging quantum hardware technologies (superconducting, photonic, trapped ions)
- Develop quantum security protocols for next-gen cryptographic systems
- Create performance benchmarks and validation methodologies for quantum processors
- Present quantum computing roadmaps to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience in quantum algorithm development or quantum hardware design
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and classical HPC frameworks
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Experience with quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Deep understanding of quantum mechanics principles and their computational applications
- Strong track record of translating theoretical concepts into practical implementations
- Expertise in cloud quantum platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket, Azure Quantum)
